Noël ILL is an illustrator that created a yeti named Herbert Sherbert, and the illustration of said creation is getting a lot of positive attention.

Yeti=Snow Troll Redux, and Thanksgiving

Sometimes I advocate that yeti is nothing more than a snow troll.

It's just a hobby of mine. Something to do between watching football games and actually playing football games.

Note: I neither play nor watch football games.

Snow trolls are very "thanksgiving"-ly oriented to me, and so in honor of the season and the fact that I found another picture of a snow troll that resembles a yeti, I am posting about it now.

Bouma the Yeti

You've heard of a cooking show. You've heard of a children's show.

But have you ever heard of a children's cooking show? (i.e. BOTH?)

Well, there was/is one in the United Kingdom on BBC.

It was/is called Planet Cook.

It features a yeti named Bouma as a sidekick.

According to the press release, Bouma was/is:

A loveable happy-go-lucky young yeti who likes cooking and helping out where he can but his attention span is quite short.

He requires a fair amount of supervision to make sure he doesn't cause any kitchen catastrophes.

Hello!

I just wanted to say that i LOVE your yeti blog! I too am a fan of yetis. so much so that i chose to be one for Halloween this year to pay respect to those mystical creatures. attached are some pics i thought you might enjoy. feel free to use them on your blog or not. My boyfriend was a yeti-hunting-yodeler. i made both of our costumes. Thanks for doing your blog, i enjoy reading it.
