Harold Disguise Wins Big at D23 Expo

First place in the "Wonderful Worlds of Disney" category at the 2015 D23 Expo's Mousequerade costume contest went to this very deserving, classic, retired version of Harold (yeti of the Matterhorn ride).

Congratulations are in order for actress/songstress/seamstress/cosplayer Elizabeth Oldak!

An amazing costume. Complete with glowing red eyes. Truly stunning.

I am about to rip my heart right out of my ribcage with my bare hands and then throw it on the floor and stomp on it 'till I die! That's right, this week a new animated Weird Al video for his song "Polka Face" was released. and it features Weird Al playing polka with Yeti in Lederhosen!

A 1960's commercial for Kellogg's Corn Flakes Cereal featuring the "Adominal [sic] Snowman".



It even has lederhosen!



And there's the now familiar Bumblesque trope of 'Scary Wild Monster is Actually Tame, Kind-Hearted Friend'. Though there's a bit of a twist: Friend charges you for the cost of your own cereal.
