 Recently, famous author and occasional Doctor Who scriptwriter Neil Gaiman told Collider.

“In my head, I love that the Great Intelligence has come back, but I miss the Yeti. I would love to have a huge shambling robotic Yeti, just because I loved them when I was a kid. So, I would love to do that. That would be wonderful,”

I think this bodes well that will see a return of the Doctor Who Yeti.

Fun facts about the Doctor Who Yeti:

• They have bird feet. 
• Their fur suit is made from 189 bears.
• The bears died of natural causes.
