Look at this fantastic giclee print by illustrator AdultBraces.
Yes, yetis and robots fight all the time.
But only if yeti isn't a robot himself (See Doctor Who and Astroboy).
But when yeti isn't a robot, then the Battle is On.
Here are some robots that are named yeti. I believe their secret purpose is to infiltrate the yetis and shoot lasers at them at a specific synchronized time. Like the robot mastermind would send out "ORDER 13" and all the robots hidden among the yetis would shoot their lasers, thereby committing a thorough yetixtermination.
Whose side are you on? Me, I'm a mammalphile, so....
Yeah, I figure, if we made the robots, we can unmake them. Think on that, robots.
Here are the robots named yeti:

You can get this YETI Walking Robot Kit and learn about how a robot can walk.
But just look at that guy. If it isn't about to shoot lasers at woolly anthropoids at a programmabled moment after blending in to their ice clans, then I don't know what I'm talking about!

A student team at Dartmouth's Thayer Engineering School is building an autonomous robot that will be used to perform Ground Penetrating Radar surveys in Antarctica.

They named it the yeti.
They've posted some videos on YouTube of it in action.
Go student team at Dartmouth's Thayer Engineering School! Get those Ground Penetrating Radar surveys robo-autonomously performed in Antarctica!
(But we all know your real purpose is ensure robot victory over the yeti via covert infiltration and "Order 13" Laser Response. *WINK*)

"Lives will be changed"
...Since we're talking about a yeti vs. robot showdown and by the looks of that cool cover, I loved that line ;)
"Things will never be the same!" Is great too. I also like the fact that the Yeti is wielding a tree.
