Godzillas vs. Not Yeti Friday

Godzilla's creators had animals on the brain.

According to Wikipedia, his Japanese name Gojira is a combination of two Japanese words meaning "gorilla" and "whale". In fact, he was initially meant to be a cross between a gorilla and a whale.

At some point, the design changed and he became a reptile - part Tyrannosaurus, part Stegosaurus, part Iguanodon, and part run-of-the mill crocodile.

This "blended chimera", as Wikipedia puts it, has battled a number of Not Yetis in his day.

Let us review...

Penguins Love Me

By Christina Fulton

It's actually kinda hard to find yetis and penguins getting along. If they're not smacking them with baseball bats, they're dropping ice boulders on them. Case-in-point...
