First spotted in 1970, it was described as a five-foot tall mountain-dwelling ape-man, with black fur and large white hands and feet.
Recently, it's entered Western popular culture as a cryptid character in the Cartoon Network show, "The Secret Saturdays".




I thought those were horns, but they may be some sort of... device???

Yeah, it's a "device". In the cartoon, Hibagon has his brain switched with a scientist.
