Speaking of "monkey crabs"...
Shawn Cheng & Sara Edward-Corbett are super-people of my acquaintance. They have collaborated splendidly in the making of a comic entitled not inappropriately...

Artist Mark Brown often depicts little yeti in his paintings.
This is by the guy who creates Head Injury Theater, and I refer you to his Halloween page where he did drawings based on photos of weird costumes.

A crab by any other name
Don't forget that when the new species was discovered, nicknames were discussed and I suggested "monkey crab" while others suggested "furry lobster". The winner, hands-down, as it turned out, was "yeti crab" - as that is what the scientists who found it dubbed it. Yeti is more powerful than a loco-motive! Neologistically, I mean.

I got a yeti from the government the other day
Fort Franklin are creative folks that make things for businesses.
They made this pretty stellar Yeti Interaction, which, as near as I can tell, is not accessible from their main site. It is a secret for the Himalayan Initiate, just like yeti. What more can I do but commend them?
Hmm, what else?
Well, there's a band called Idle Yeti.
And here's a comic strip, and if you keep hitting the right arrow, the yeti comics never stop!
And a comic where one learns what happens when one summons a certain Beast of the Frosted Tundra
And why not? A little bit of Yeti Love on youtube

hats and a thing
As reader Shannon points out, you can get a hat that looks remarkably similar to the upper extremities of a certain Cold-Climate Ape of Famed Renown I could name but won't (third one down).
I will say, however, that yeti is available as a laptop covering.
