Yeti Eats Pop Tarts

Back in 2004, yeti was the mascot of PopTarts. They put him on their packaging. This was actually pretty pioneering of them. Later, many more companies would do the same, but I think PopTarts was the first.

What I didn't realize is they made a live-action commercial with the yeti. Watch it below or on Youtube.



Note how the yeti speaks in another language and has to have sub-titled translation. Six years later, Microsoft would use the same conceit in their IE8 commercials.
